Subscriptions Policy

What are Subscriptions? 

Michael's Products has introduced 'Subscriptions' as a ways to make reoccurring orders for any product. Instead of setting a reminder to buy your next Michael's Olive Oil Skin Lotion or Medi Rub, simply Subscribe from the product page and you will receive your orders periodically. 

How do I Subscribe to receive products? 

Simply click or tap on the product you would like to purchase and enable 'Subscribe & Save.' You can then choose the frequency in which you would like to receive your product. 

How can I view and cancel my subscription? 

First log into your account by going to Login / Sign-Up and clicking/tapping Log in.

Once entering your details, you should be back on the home page. Now go back to Login / Sign-Up and a drop-down will appear with 'My Account', 'My Rewards' and 'Log Out'. Go to 'My Account'. 

On the Account page, you should be able to see your order history and after scrolling down a little, you should see a button saying 'See my subscriptions.' This button takes you to your Subscriptions page where you can open the details of any of your subscriptions and pause or cancel them at any time. Remember that you cannot reactive a cancelled subscription. 

Can coupons be used for Subscriptions? 

Have a Michael's Products coupon? This can be used when you checkout for your subscription but will only affect the first order. Subsequent orders will charge you the discounted price of the product as indicated on the product page.

Do subscriptions allow me to earn points per order? 

Yes, each product checkout will help accumulate points towards your rewards.  

Can I earn Bonus products through subscriptions? 

First subscription order may checkout with a bonus product. However, future orders will not include bonus products unless specified.

Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the subscription services offered by Michael's Products ("Company") for the purchase of cosmetic products. By subscribing to our services, you ("Subscriber" or "You") agree to comply with this Policy.

  1. Subscription Services: 1.1. The Company offers subscription services for the purchase and delivery of cosmetic products. 1.2. Subscriptions are available for a specified duration and include the delivery of the selected products to the address provided by the Subscriber. 1.3. The Subscriber agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the subscription process, including delivery address and payment details.

  2. Subscription Billing: 2.1. Subscription fees will be billed according to the selected subscription plan. 2.2. The Subscriber agrees to provide valid and authorised payment information and authorises the Company to charge the provided payment method for the subscription fees. 2.3. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as provided in the Company's refund policy.

  3. Subscription Renewal: 3.1. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term, unless cancelled by the Subscriber. 3.2. The Subscriber may cancel the subscription by providing written notice to the Company before the renewal date. 3.3. Failure to cancel the subscription before the renewal date will result in the automatic renewal and subsequent billing for the new subscription term.

  4. Product Availability: 4.1. The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure product availability for subscribers. 4.2. In the event that a subscribed product becomes temporarily unavailable, the Company may substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value. 4.3. The Subscriber acknowledges that the availability of specific products may vary and agrees to accept substitutions as necessary.

  5. Modification or Termination: 5.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the subscription services, subscription plans, or this Policy at any time, with or without notice. 5.2. In the event of termination, the Company will honour active subscriptions until their respective expiration dates, and no further renewals will be processed.

  6. Intellectual Property: 6.1. All intellectual property rights related to the Company's cosmetic products, branding, logos, and content provided in relation to the subscription services are the property of the Company. 6.2. The Subscriber agrees not to use, reproduce, or distribute any of the Company's intellectual property without prior written consent.

  7. Disclaimer of Liability: 7.1. The Company will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of the subscribed products. 7.2. The Subscriber acknowledges that individual experiences and results with the products may vary and agrees to use the products at their own risk.

  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 8.1. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. 8.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].
